Pneumatic tire press machine (also known as a pneumatic tire changer) is mainly used to assist in the removal and installation of automotive tires. Compared to manual operation, the pneumatic tire changer uses air pressure generated by a cylinder to securely clamp the tire, significantly reducing disassembly and installation time.

Precautions
1. The pressure of this machine needs to be controlled at about 0.8 MPa level.
2. Before performing tire pressure operation, the tire must be fixed first, and then the pressure operation can be performed.
3. When pressing tires, you need to wear goggles to prevent dust from entering.
4. When pressing tires, please step on the pedal valve with your right foot while keeping all other body parts away from the machine.
5. The gas supply line must be firmly fixed.
6. Please step on the foot valve with your right foot and push the pressure tire toward the tire mouth. Maintain a 3-5cm distance between the shovel head and the steel ring edge.
7. After opening the tire, if the tire is not completely separated, you can rotate the tire and choose different positions to press it.
8. Please check whether the screws at each position are loose every 20 days. If any screw is loose, it needs to be tightened.
9. Please add lubricating oil to the air intake every three days.
