This shade could easily be used in a darkroom for photo development. So easy to use and install. It has a valance and the shade to ensure total darkness. They are so smooth in use with a simple tug it will go down or automatically go gently back up. I was gifted these from influencer with the only option left being a black velvet. Not exactly my first pick for a fashionable window shade. I do love its ease of use so I will be looking into other color and material options by sunshade for my bedroom windows that face the sunrise.
