Arrived late, fell apart, Not 3 feet as ordered

I ordered 4 numbers. They arrived very late with boxes slightly crushed. They took hours to put together and then fell apart because the tape they send does not stay stuck together. I had to hot glue them all together (which took a few more hours). After putting them together, I realized that they are NOT 3FT TALL!!! They are just over 2 feet. So upset as I paid for 3 FT ones. Too late to return as they are all glued together and I needed them for an event.
