All of my furniture is the white farmhouse style so I needed this piece for my bathroom and I'm so glad that I got it! It's beautifully made and I love the open shelving for small decor and items that I grab daily. The cabinet with the door is perfect for towels or storing items like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. All together, it can hold a lot of items. The size (it's quite skinny) makes it perfect for even smaller bathrooms. It will go in areas that typical organizers will not. I would also point out that this is nice enough that it doesn't just have to go in the bathroom. In the kitchen as a pantry or a living room for knick knacks/displaying collectors items would be really great also. As far as putting it together, I did it alone and did it quickly. It was extremely easy and all of the pieces and hardware are numbered with detailed instructions. You do need a typical screw driver from home! It does not come with one but it comes with everything else that's needed. I do not recommend using any power tools. I find it to be super sturdy but if you do have small children it does come with the hardware to anchor it to the wall. I really like that as it takes away any worry about it tipping over. Overall, it's a great addition to our home!
