Return Policy
We promise to cover the shipping costs for returns due to quality issues, but customers must provide clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and labels in order to apply for a return label.
If the return is due to personal reasons, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that the return period is 30 days from the date of receipt, and only original packaging or unmarked cardboard boxes with all parts intact will be accepted.
When returning multiple items, they must be shipped separately (4 separate packages).
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in the warehouse being unable to inspect the goods, thereby delaying the refund process.

Shipping Policy
In order to provide faster delivery service, we will arrange shipment from the nearest US warehouse (GA, NJ, CA, or TX) based on the customer's delivery address.
Orders will be processed within 1 business day after placement (weekends and holidays will be postponed to the next business day).
