Took a minute to get use to, it did fold down on me at first but then I realized I did not click it. I actually thohght I broke it but I just clicked it into a open Position. Then able to work a lot better. After that it was a piece of cake and work's great. Held so many bags and even made getting the bags into my house easy.

Very nice cart with great features

This cart has several very nice features. 1. Foot brake is a lever that is either OFF or ON, so you can put it on and walk away from the cart and it will stay locked in position. 2. Folds exceptionally flat - wheels have a lock-lever and may be inserted or removed easily, with storage for them in the bottom panel. Folding mechanism is intuitive and simple. 3. Support arm give extra support to front of the top panel. 4. Pushing arm may be angled back as shown in the pictures, but also locks vertically upright, making the unit smaller front-to-back. 5. basket has plugs that extend into the top panel so it will not move. The basket also has holes in the same place so that additional baskets may be placed on top (this only comes with ONE basket, but I appreciated the fore-thought) 6. Wheels have a 1-2" solid rubber tire on the perimeter - longevity is better than all-plastic wheels. 7. The back wheels are large - makes for easy handling across most surfaces.
