Sizing was not accurate

The size of this product was too small. I ordered a man's large thinking that it would be great for wearing over a sweater, and I could barely get it on! There was no possible way to zip it up. I ordered it because I was looking for a waterproof lightweight raincoat. It was lightweight and I assume it was waterproof, but there was no way I could wear it because of the extremely small fit.
