WARNING:
Before installing your new stator,
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace burned or corroded stator and regulator/rectifier connectors.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use high temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.
Our stator may use a different wire color code than the original.
All cables are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the cable configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting the stator, always use a locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always ensure the air gap is correct when installing it.
All item images are accurate; if in doubt, please feel free to compare our item with the original part.
Battery condition is important. No stator can compensate for a defective or weak battery. If in doubt, charge the battery and perform a load test, or simply replace it.
