great service at a good price

I felt very welcome there. Staff is very knowledgeable and this is my 4th pair of glasses and they are my favorites. Very Instyle. I will go back. Dr. is very nice and helpful too

Could have done better!

Turn around time was great but I picked up my glasses and when I went to wear them there was a rack in the bottom corner that there was no way I could have seen when I tried them on. The staff was great about ordering me another set of lens but it's the holiday season and they can't really give me a time of when to expect them. Let me take the glasses until the lens come in but I have never had this problem before and am a little surprised and disappointed.
