The burr set is top notch which makes for a consistent grind which in turn makes for a tasty coffee brew time after time. Walmart offered the grinder at an amazing price which I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take advantage of. This geinder WILL NOT slip out of your hand, EVER. It's got a non-skid texture that's sturdy and sure! its also made of total metal so its got somenheft to it too. (BTW, it'd be a great weapon of opportunity if someone tried to break into house whilst you grind the coffee beans). Consistent grind size and no snagging or stoppage while twisting the crank.
