Mullein actually grown naturally where we live and it's commonly harvested for use as a tea. This one capsule a day is a much easier way for me to get mullein - I take it with breakfast. This product is only the leaf extract with 3000 mg of the leaf used to extract 300 mg into this product. Mullein does seem to help my respiratory health, especially during allergy season. I was previously taking mullein gummies and actually prefer this one capsule a day form.There are addition ingredients include echinacea, marshmallow root extract, oregano and more with all the original names and extracts provided to show species and concentration. Ihat's important if you are comparing products as it enables you to see the actual amount of raw product used to make one capsule. Love that this is vegan. There is silicon dioxide to stabilize the product, in case you are sensitive to that. So far, no stomach upset and these capsules are on the larger side but easy to swallow with no taste and low odor.The quality is what sets this mullein product apart from others (there are plenty on the market!). The quality of these checks ALL the boxes for me, including made in USA in an FDA inspected facility with cGMP and lab testing to ensure purity and dose. The only thing missing is an organic label for the ingredients (these are not listed as organic), as we really try to go organic where we can. There is a lot number and expiration date (about 3 years from when we received the product) and contact info. There is a distributer name but no indication as to where exactly this is made.
