Best form of CoQ10 out there

I search regularly for quality sources of helpful vitanutrient supplements, and I continue to come back to this form of Co Q10. I am very pleased with it, and have recommended it to a number of friends, relatives and colleagues.I have never had these gelcaps gum up together; I keep them in the frig.

increases energy

helps increase energy in heart and brain. Mitochondria in each cell produce energy using CoQ10 and I find the Q-Gel 100 works quite well. I recommend to all my family and friends over 50 to use a quality CoQ10 supplement as our CoQ10 levels drop of quite a bit after 50 years of age.
