Excellent Kit!!

Tryed out the BB Italian sausage kit. Excellent seasoning perfectly balanced in my opinion. I dont think you will be disappointed if you give it a try. I did add high temp moz cheese I purchased separately from BB. Deffantly elevated the sausage. I always buy way more natural casing than I need. This kit came with just enough, and I left some out of casings to have some ground sausage. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Great product

First time making smoked sausage using this recipe and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The video instructions the entire process easy to follow for a first timer. I ended up making 14#s and used my pellet grill to them low and slow. The flavor, texture, and color came out great and the pellet grill held a steady temperature the whole time. Definitely recommend this product and will be using it again.

New to the game but so easy to use!

I tried another product and was discouraged with the sausage making process. I was on your website and saw the sausage making video and read the reviews and decided to try the Italian sausage kit. It was game changer and I'm excited to try another flavor.
