BEST TIRES AT A GREAT PRICE

Anchorage Alaska, purchase my tires today, as the factory ones were on their last skins. I search and search for a good tire with a reasonable price as you know prices here in Alaska are much higher than the lower 48 states. I finally came across TDS Tires in Anchorage and they had just what I needed. The Firestone Destinations A/T, as snow here is just something very common with my factory tires, I would slide when stopping and the tires would spin during take off even in 4X4 drive. The A/T Destinations has given my truck a new leach on life, as these tires do not slide during braking or spin during take-off. The ride is very smooth and I am very happy with the results, and the raise white letters on the tires makes my black truck stand out even more. Thanks, Firestone keep making them as this will be my tires for all my vehicles as long as I own them..

Hands down the best all around tire I've ever owned

I purchased a set of 285/70R17's in 2009. I live in Southern Ontario and frequent snow belt areas in the winter. I ran these all year round until 2013 when at about 70,000km they just didn't have the bite in the snow I wanted for towing and since I often find myself in unplowed lots I elected to put a set of winter tires on. In Dec 2015 i swapped them out for my winters for what might be the final time. They now have 116,500km on them and are almost at the wear bars. The week before these came off I towed a 28ft travel trailer out of the bush and up a steep gravel grade without one tire slipping. These tires have done several 500km + trips with 1500lb or more loads in the box and either a travel trailer or sleds in tow. I wouldn't hesitate to install these on another vehicle.

Long Tread Life!!

I bought these tires for my Escape to drive in all conditions. They performed above my expectations and didn't let me down! I put on about 60,000 miles on these tires and they still had tread left! I attribute that to a lighter vehicle and my numerous rotations and two alignments in that time. Great tires!
