The assembly was easy. I had an issue with 3 floor levelers threading into the bottom of the leg adapter. Difficulty trying to explain what I needed as the part isn't listed in the manual. I finally Gave up. The seat cushions are extremely firm. You have to assemble the back cushions. Slide the filler into the cover and work them into a fluff. The size of the back cushion filler isn't uniform. The cover fits loose on those. The back cushions are very soft and don't provide much support. If you are planning on using the furniture extensively, I'm not sure this is for you.
