I LOVE this watch! I am a petite size and my wrist is 7 1/2" and it fits perfectly. For the 1st time in a long time I can see the time without squinting and can see the time from a distance without putting the watch up in my face. It is the perfect size! It is sturdy and I can tell it will last a long time. And what is even better...I don't have to worry about replacing a battery NOR do I have to worry about having to reset it for daylight savings time. It will set itset lf. I did not have a any problems in setting the time zone; the directions were easy to follow. Which was good cause I am NOT the brightest bulb on the Xmas tree. There is one thing I want to caution you about and that is NOT to try to set watch around the computer %26 other electronics.
