Q1: How do I know these LED bulbs are suitable for my vehicle?
Please refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the original halogen bulb, the part number is marked above.
Or, in Customer Questions & Answers, enter the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and we'll help you verify it. We invite you to contact us for a free consultation before purchasing a product.
Question 2: My item hasn't arrived, why is it taking so long?
A2: Sometimes items take longer than expected, especially if they're going far away or to a rural area. Check with your post office to see if your item has been delayed. If your item doesn't arrive after a few days, let us know so we can check and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Question 3: My bulbs don't fit, help!
A3: A special bulb holder may be required. Please check if it fits your original bulb holder. If not, please let us know. The bulb size may be incorrect; please double-check the item you received against the item you ordered. Do you have an aftermarket lighting housing? They may not fit perfectly with aftermarket bulbs and will require some manual modification.
Question 4: Neither light is illuminated? Both sides flicker, flicker excessively, or operate erratically.
A4: Check the light fuses and then the ballast plugs to make sure they are properly installed.
If this doesn't work, there may be a voltage problem in the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor. Although some bulbs have built-in resistors, they may require a decoder.
Question 5: Why do I experience flickering, error messages, or radio interference after installing the bulb?
A5: Some car systems are sensitive to LED bulbs, so you need a decoder/resistor to solve the problem.
