Q1: Can you tell me when my order will be shipped?
-A: All orders will be shipped within 1 business day.
If your order has not shipped within 3 business days, please contact us with your order number for immediate assistance.
Q2: I bought the wrong items/the items were not compatible with my vehicle.
-A: Please contact us via order message for quick support.
Q3: How can I find the right LED bulbs for my vehicle?
-A: If you're unsure, please contact us with a message including your vehicle's year, make, and model. Let us know which LED bulb you're interested in so we can verify compatibility and respond as soon as possible.
Question 4: Do LED bulbs plug and play? Do I need any modifications?
-A: For most vehicles, these LED bulbs can offer a Plug and Play installation that can fit your vehicle without modification.
Q5: Neither side lights up? Both sides flicker, blink, or operate inconsistently.
-A: Check the headlight fuses, then check the ballast plugs to ensure proper installation. If this doesn't work, there may be a voltage problem in the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor.
Q6: Why are the headlights not on or not on while on?
-A: This is usually because the positive and negative poles are reversed. Unlike halogen bulbs, LED bulbs are polarity sensitive. Some vehicles have reverse polarity. You need to rotate the plug 180 degrees to reverse the polarity of the bulb holder, then reinsert it. (Please pay attention to the position of your car's lights pointing at the buckle during installation.)
