I'm on a Carnivore diet and so get no fiber naturally with what I eat. Carbs are a problem I need to avoid as much as possible. There's only 1 carb per scoop, any they're big scoops! I'm in the building up process now, taking half amounts each day until the gassy phase passes. It's mildly sweet, and I plan to use it as a sweetener to make treats a bit more tasty. To me it tastes like a marshmallow. To my mother it tastes like Fruity Pebbles, so I think it probably tastes a little different to everyone? I'd say it's half as sweet as sugar, tasting a pinch of it. Kind of a powdered sugar texture. It dissolves well, and makes my electrolyte drink palatable, which I'm thankful for, as before adding this I'd get nauseous. So far I'm loving it and once I run out (I got three on sale) I'll buy more. Tldr: - Marshmallow type flavor - Half as sweet as sugar - Powdered sugar texture - Dissolves well in cold water
