All the quality of the other Reserve Pro Ceramics pans I have. I wanted a smaller size for fried eggs or omelets. It's been used almost daily since I received it a few weeks ago. While I love cooking, I find with the pans I don't sigh before washing dishes. In fact, I love how quickly and easily the dishes are done when I use this or my other pans.

I have enjoyed using my new cookware. I have a new kitchen and wanted some new colors. I love the Sage colors. I have only used the smaller fry pan and it heats up well. My eggs do not stick and slides right into my plate every moring. I have used the spatula and it cleans up well.
