    The run small. I have them 3 stars because the run small. I'm a size 16. According to the chart I should have bought a size XL which fits a us 16-18. That size was unavailable. So I bought a 2XL hoping they'd be ok. A little big is better than being too small. The 2X was almost too small themselves. They hold my stomach in. But 30 mins later the panty rolls down and I have a muffin top. This negates the high waist affect.
