Stopped my knees from going out from under me
About the age of 50, my knee went out from under me. PT told me I had "loose tendons." They gave me a bunch of exercises to do that helped and which I did until we moved a few months later and I stopped doing them. My knees started going out from under me without warning, both of them but fortunately only one at a time. I did some research and found Swanson's Tendon Support Formula and thought I'd give it a try before going back to the exercises and in less than a week my knees stopped going out from under me. I have been taking it ever since.

More flexibility
I have been taking this for two bottles now. Came from my chiropractor this morning and he was impressed with how flexible I have gotten. I have noticed a difference so for a 70 year old, I highly recommend this.
