Pleasantly surprised. Soaked ad directed. Used microwave with seasoning s. Used soy sauce olive oil and set for 2 minutes. Tender, excess moisture, kind of bland. Added bbq dry seasoning. 3 more minutes. Then so good! The extra time in microwave removed excess moisture and really really helped the soy to absorb flavor!

Not sure why the survey asked about crunch or salty since when using these, you soak them and not crunchy at all, nor any salt in them, unless you add it. Useful meat alternative for several dishes, and definitely handy to have in the pantry!
