Product description is misleading

The pins are lovely. The product description is unclear. The description says they are available as single or multiple packages, but does not state if the price is for one or multiple pins. The picture shows a group of 8 pins with the $9.99 price. So, I thought I would get 8 for $9.99. I ordered what I thought was 5 packages of 8, but received one package of 5. After considerable confusion over whether there were more on the way, I have finally determined that I was charged $9.99 each, so I am returning them because I was able to order through Amazon at a better price. I do like the pins I ordered through Walmart, but the price is too high for the quantity I need.
