I was initially very pleased with this rug—it arrived quickly and the quality seemed great at first. However, after only one month of normal use, it has already started coming apart in one section. I reached out to the company expecting a replacement or exchange given how new it is, but was disappointed with their response. Instead of standing behind their product, they advised me to take it somewhere to be repaired at my own expense. For the price and the short amount of time I've had it, this is unacceptable. I expected better durability and much better customer service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
