This made cutting my soaps SO much easier. My only complaint is where the wires attach to the top of the frame. When I tightened them up as they were loose when they arrived, I could hear the thin wood cracking. Something needs to be behind them. I fear in the longterm the wood will split.

The part where the little wires connect at the top, the wood looks like it's made out of woods chip or something. iIt was not made out of solid wood. The whole top with the wires broke on my 3rd loaf. 1st loaf i tried to cut 4 wires came out, so i lossened because they were tight. 2nd loaf, i tried to cut 3 different wires cut, so i lossened them. then the 3rd loaf i tried to cut the whole top broke with the wires still attached. the rest of the cutter seemed to be made out of solid wood. but the main reason i bought it was to cut loaves of soap and it fell. needs to be made out of better wood. the single bar cutter worked fine no problem with wiresbut i dont want to cut single soaps too time consuming

Used 3x and it broke. Wire will not go all the way down that I have to manually push the wires down so it will cut all the way thru. The wood on the top broke. I don't know if there's warranty on it since it should not break that easily.
