True to size, with just enough room for thicker socks if necessary. Cushy feel. When I purchased, wide was the only width available. My feet are wide but not super wide, and I normally do fine in regular width. These feel great, though.

Medium runs like a wide

Medium width Seems to run wider than other brands and heel not as narrow. I do like the cushion snd materials the medium being wide does make the fit loose around sides of foot. I had to tighten laces all the way and wear thick socks.
