Nice rug, looks the same in person. Soft and fuzzy and a little padded so it's nice to walk on. Would be bad in a kids room I think because it's pretty easy for things to get caught and they don't really vacuum out. As an adult this rug works well in my bedroom and nice and big for really cheap, best area rug for the price I could find. Maybe a bit bigger than a queen size mattress for size reference.
