Not impressed so far

I really need this product so I can have another device for my youtube videos and music to play uninterrupted by Uber's oppressive app sound settings, but it failed already. My issue is with the rotation, was having a hard time controlling the arm that swings while driving. Not a good thing to happen. Anyways at some point I was able to tighten it so much so that this wasn't a problem, but then it when I needed to adjust it, it became an issue again. That is when I noticed metallic shavings on my floor and realized that the material was being shaved off by the clamp. Then I tried adjusting it again and the clamp snapped, rendering useless. Really hope this isn't the best that the military has to offer as this company states it uses military grade materials. Hoping they can replace the part because I really don't want to uninstall my car seat again.
