This was a rare situation in which I absolutely fall in love with a light roast espresso. It's a bright espresso, but not overly sour nor acidic for a light roast, which sets it apart from others in its category. However, it maintains the fruity delicious flavors I love in a light roast. Even if making a latte, I can still taste the fruity notes from the blend, as my wife and I notice the slightest aftertaste that can only be described as a childhood nostalgia experience of fruity pebbles cereal watching Saturday morning cartoons.

Breathtaking! There are floral honey notes throughout and the sense-satisfying flavor of blueberries! I suppose it could be the peach but it tastes like blueberries to me. In any case, it's a fruity delight, very light, not acidic. I could drink it all day!

Smell was glorious opening the bag. Grinding was a pleasure. Love grinding light roast. Smell was amazing. Brewing it was just wow. Taste was heavenly. Can not wait to try more coffee from you guys. Top notch.
