This came fast and I’m pleased with the product. It has all the instructions that has several different mouthguard sizes so you can make the right ones I’m using it so I don’t grind my teeth at night and I really think it’s worth the money. I’ve tried it on just to see before I mold it and I’m pretty sure it’s gonna fit great it says you can use it for teeth, grinding for whitening your teeth and mouthguard, cool huh?
