Q2: My item hasn't arrived, why is it taking so long?

Q3: My bulbs don't fit, help!
A3: A special bulb holder may be required. Please check if you can remove the original bulb holder. If not, please let us know. The bulb size may be incorrect; please double-check the item you received with the item you ordered. Do you have an aftermarket light housing? They may not fit perfectly with aftermarket bulbs and may require some manual modification.
Q4: Neither side lights up? Both sides flicker, blink, or operate erratically.
A4: Check the light fuses and then check the ballast plugs to ensure proper installation.
If this doesn't work, there may be a voltage problem in the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor. Although some bulbs have built-in resistors, they may require a decoder.
Q5: Why do I experience flickering, error messages, or radio interference after installing the bulb?
A5: Some cars' system is sensitive to LED bulb, so you need a decoder/resistor to help you solve the problem.
