Wiring operations:

(1). The rowing starts with a thin black line to connect B-, the second wire connects to the 1st string of battery positives, followed by each string of batteries

positive pole; then insert the line into the protective plate;

(2) After the wiring is complete, measure the battery B-plus, B- and P- value is the same, that is, the protection board works properly;

Then follow the above to re-operate;

(3) After confirming that the wiring and protection plate is working properly, weld the power cord from the total negative electrode of the core to the B-solder joint of the protection plate;

(4) When removing the protective plate, first pull the line (if there are two lines, first pull the high- line, then pull the low- line), and then remove the power line B-.

Notice:

1. The protective plate of different platforms cannot be mixed, such as the three-way protection plate can not use lithium iron battery;

2. Different manufacturers of the line is not universal, please ensure the use of our company supporting the line;

3. In the test, installation, contact and use of protective plate, to do a good job of static electricity measures;

4. Do not make the cooling surface of the protective plate directly touch the core, otherwise the heat will be transmitted to the core, affecting the safety of the battery;

5. Do not remove or chan the protective plate components;

6. If the protective plate is abnormal, please stop using it, and other issues are resolved and reused;

7. Do not allow the two protection plates to be used in series or in parallel.
