Question 1: How do I know if these LED bulbs are suitable for my vehicle?
Please refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the original halogen bulb, the part number is marked above.
Or, in Customer Questions & Answers, please provide the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and we'll help you verify it. We invite you to contact us for a free consultation before purchasing a product.
Question 2: My item hasn't arrived, why is it taking so long?
A2: Sometimes shipments take longer than expected, especially if they're being sent to a remote or rural area. Check with your post office to see if your shipment has been delayed. If it doesn't arrive after a few days, let us know so we can check and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Question 3: My bulbs don't fit, help!
A3: A special bulb holder may be required. Please check if it can be used with the original bulb holder. If not, please let us know. The bulb size may be incorrect; please compare the item you received with the one you ordered. Do you have a replacement housing? It may not fit perfectly with the replacement bulbs and may require manual modification.
Question 4: No lights on? Both sides flicker, flash excessively, or operate erratically.
A4: Check the light fuses and then the ballast sockets to make sure they are installed correctly.
If that doesn't work, there could be a voltage problem in the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor. Although some bulbs have built-in resistors, they may require a decoder.
Question 5: Why do I receive flickering messages, error messages, or radio interference after installing the bulb?
A5: Some car systems are sensitive to LED bulbs, so you need a decoder/resistor to solve the problem.
