These are THE single best ready-made Ov-oats on the market, bar-none!! You CAN'T beat the price, just for the oats on pre-measured packets to begin with... But THEN, when you discover that they're VERY high protein AND no added sugar?! It's a health-nut's DREAM come TRUE!! I suffer from end stage liver failure, so I require a HIGHLY specialized diet--one that leaves little room for error, flavor, or variety.. It requires next to ZERO processed sugar, next to ZERO sodium, and, more daily protein intake than a body builder!! So, when we discovered THESE--it was a literal Godsend! They taste AMAZING, considering how little sugar they contain, and they are naturally low sodium. They are also high protein, and... Did I mention how great they taste?! And the simplicity?? Just mix with milk or water (I use banana milk) in the cute AND functional thermos container PROVIDED (!! 😵), toss in the fridge for 4 hours, and BLAMMO! Insta-meal. Did I forget about the AWESOME thermos container that come with the meals?! Yup. It's designed to keep whatever you put inside either cold or hot, and is perfect for keeping a hot lunch hot all day, if--say-you can't get to a microwave on your lunch break. And, it's extremely high quality, not some cheapo junk.. In FACT (trust me on this, folks... You WILL be mind 🤯 when you see this container), I would EASILY pay the amount they're asking for this box of oatmeal, JUST for this high quality lunch thermos!! This product is THAT GOOD, it INSPIRED me to look up my purchase history in the Walmart app, locate this purchase, and leave this detailed review. In fact, idk how they can make any $$ selling this high quality health food (which is USUALLY overpriced so that the poor folk stay sick/overweight/unhealthy...
