It's hard to say whether I recommend or not. Assembly took maybe 20-30 minutes. Came with all necessary equipment and was easy. The poles are just.... pushed into their sockets? They don't feel very "heavy adult" friendly. Also, we ordered a twin and got a twin-xl. I have a standard twin mattress and this frame is too big for it. I'm debating on returning it, which is a bummer because it's exactly the height I need.
