Star San is an acid-based sanitizer with high foam to help ensure sanitization, even in cracks and crevices. No-rinse formula works well for hard to reach areas, an important key factor in making beer and wine. Not for aluminum Concentrate mix ratio is 1 ounce for 5 gallons of water; includes easy-measure in the cap. Biodegradable and odorless. No-rinsing needed. Use as directed.
