After using this mop a number of times, I have found that there is an issue with the design. When I put a microfiber or any kind of towel that is wet and begin to mop, it will flip over upside down. The only way I can use it is if I have it in a vertical position on the floor. When it is in the horizontal position, it easily flips over. It does a similar thing when I use it with a dry towel. The design needs to be changed.

In all the product cheaply made. Handle is short and not al all sturdy. The clip part doesn't hold the cloth well. I am better off using a mop. Not happy at all especially after the long wait receiving it. Returns is out of the question it would cost me just about the same sending it back. What a waste of money.
