How to Use
1. Pour in Water and Flour
A proper ratio of water and flour can effectively reduce the sticking of dough in the dough bowl. Some cooking oil (not included) can be added as an aid.
2. Select Function
Support 3 working modes: knead, ferment, knead + ferment. Support knead time 1-40min, ferment time 1-2 hours
3. Finish a Dough
The recommended ratio of flour to water is 100:50~100:60. It has to imitate making the dough by hand, so the motor will turn intermittently (work, stop, work...), which is normal.

It is normal for the dough mixer to run intermittently when kneading the dough.
After kneading for more than 40 minutes, let the dough maker rest for 30 minutes.
To make the machine work better, the range of mixable flour is 0.705-3.53 lbs.
If your room temperature is below 68°F, we recommend using warm water to achieve better fermentation results.
Please note that the amount of water can be adjusted appropriately for slight deviations in the type of flour and moisture content in each region, and the weather has a great impact on the ferment function, so please adjust the ferment time according to the situation.
Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
