Single worst pet product I've ever bought in my life. At least when I received defective cat scratchers, etc, they didn't cause me to do PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY EXPENSIVE PROPERTY in order to use them. So, thanks Hakuna pets for the giant hole in my window that your product will not be filling- because this is absolutely awful.
