Jacket ripped

I ordered this jacket and I received it ripped, so I returned it to Walmart and they told me that the seller will refund me once he receives it. Couple of days later I contacted the seller for a refund and he said Walmart supposed to do th refund and I told him that they said otherwise, then he said I can't do a refund!!!! And when I told him that I'll contact my bank and dispute this transaction they immediately initiated my refund with a proof. So not a good choice if you're willing to buy something from this seller.
