Powerbank Q100 with extremely fast charging cycles

The SolarPlay Q100 power bank has 26000 mAh according to the imprint on the case. The product description advertised with 2500mAh. But that was just one from the provider. But this description and illustrations are no longer existing. The PowerStation was now delivered with a 33% charge. The instructions are also available in German. First I had a fastcharger that took over 5 hours for a full charge. At first I thought that a loading time of 1 hour was again a typo until I had bought a 330 W USB gan charger. This can charge the power bank with up to 100 watts on the USB-C output. Lo and behold, a complete charge from zero to 100 percent was done in 1.5 hours. After 100 percent were displayed, the Powerstation continued to load for half an hour. It may be that the right power supply can also be used under an hour, as the product description said. It was striking that the first and last 30 percent were displayed much faster than the rest in between. I think that will make the loading times better. Because the battery is not always discharged to zero. The station charges for a short time with just over 100 watts via the round plug. A current of 5 amps flows at 21 volts. Then the controller quickly regulates the charging current extremely. Here you should - if available - set up a current limit of around 2.6 amps at 21 volts so that the charging power does not exceed the maximum specification of 50 watts. The manufacturer writes that the solar charging with a maximum of 50W would be possible. I didn't have a solar panel, but a power supply with 21 volts connected. The Powerstation weighs 805 grams. For my use, the weight is okay because I don't carry the battery back and forth in the backpack. But I use the station outdoors. I also use the built-in LED. In order to operate this, the station must first be switched on. It's not exactly a floodlight - but the LED lamp with the two brightness levels, breathing, SOS and flashing is okay to illuminate the surrounding area a bit. My old Huawei P30 is loaded with around 3900mAh. That's only around 20 watts. But that's the smartphone. Newer devices could certainly be charged faster, because one of the USB-C outputs should give up to 100 watts. Sometimes I would like to remove the carrying handle. But that doesn't work. Nevertheless, I am enthusiastic about the PowerStation and can recommend it, because the charging times in In and Out mode are really extremely fast.

Super useful!

This portable charger is a fantastic addition for road trips, beach days, camping weekends, and any situation where you need reliable power away from home. It charges itself quickly and it also charges other devices at an impressive speed. I really appreciate that it offers different power level ports because it makes it safer for delicate devices and more efficient for the ones that can handle faster charging. It does not include an AC port, which is a bit disappointing since that would make it even more versatile, but the overall design helps make up for that limitation. The unit is extremely lightweight for the amount of power it provides and the compact shape makes it very easy to pack or carry. It has a clean and modern look and the build feels sturdy and well made. The built in light on the back is a great feature. It gives this little power station an added level of usefulness in emergencies or in situations where you might need a quick source of illumination. That makes it a smart addition to any emergency kit or travel bag. Just keep in mind that batteries do not tolerate heat well. Avoid storing it in places like a hot car to keep it safe and functioning properly.
