Slow Delivery/Previously Opened!

Low rating to late delivery and bad resealed packaging. Product was obviously not new based on packaging. Packaging was so bad that clerk had to open and check condition when returning product. This is a bad review on shipping and questionable newness of delivered product. Actual Milwaukee product is a quality product. ‘Tool Guy' should not be shipping previous opened merchandise that is represented as new during the purchase. Not good!
