Just buy it.

I love plants and have been wanting a fountain for a long time. This aquaterrarium does all of that and more. I hope they remake a bigger size. I do plan on getting it if they do. The bottom part is glued into the tank and there was glue on the glass on the side but that's nothing a razor blade didn't fix. I was careful to inspect for any broken pieces and there was a small one from the top part of the “mountains” so it didn't affect the overall product. I watched a lot of “Tanked” so I wasn't too worried about the little broken piece. I knew I could probably glue the pieces together and Walmart has a great return policy anyway. I was super careful when washing all the items and it's understandable how pieces can break so easily. I had to cut the tubing for the pump to work properly and there's a switch in the pump to control water flow. I'm going to use this as a plant tank and will let it cycle first before I add a snail or shrimp. I got the plants from local pet shops and the decoration fits 6 plants (in holes) and there's 1 long section where I plan to put moss. I bought aquatic and semi-aquatic plants and I am super pleased with the layout. I'm going to check out 1 nursery for terrarium plants before I fill up the rest of the 5 gaps. This is actually a birthday present to myself and my first planted tank. I may not put any animals in it at all and just keep it as a plant tank. With all the decorations I did use about 1.86 gallons of water. There are gaps between the decorations and the tank. I don't want my animals getting stuck. I've had bettas before and they do like to cramp themselves into small spaces or jump out of the tank. If anything, I'll get a mystery snail or some ghost shrimp: a male and a female. It's a beautiful tank and I'll probably keep it in my office or the living room. I do plan on using all non-toxic plants from my local nursery. I am super excited to find out how this aquaterrarium is going to grow.

the coolest little tank

this is the neatest thing ever!!! It came on time, boxed and shipped fantastic. All parts there. Good instructions, went together in minutes. Fake plants are awful but im gonna put real plants in it so didn't care. The fish tank is plenty big enough for 1 or 2 very small fish. I have a few saltwater tanks, 1 55gal and 1 freshwater and this one is just so cute 😍
