This bra stays cool and I am not sweating in it! Sweat usually collects under the boobs, but not with this bra. It actually breathes! As far as support goes don't expect miracles. It is very comfortable because I can fall asleep while wearing it. The fit is perfect for me. The bottom band does roll but stays on your ribs. I have an athletic build 200 lbs 38C-40C and a size 16 in Misses. I ordered XL
