Took forever to arrive. It did come before the eta, but they set that at Jan 2, 1026. Almost a month. We're very disappointed that the bell is so quiet. Sounds like a plastic pea rolling around inside it. It does NOT jingle. What's the point of having the bell if it's not going to make an audible sound. I am a believer in the Christmas Magic of Polar Express, so that isn't the reason I couldn't hear it. Very disappointing! The wooden storage box is very nice. Don't waste your money! The bell is lousy! Looks nice. Doesn't ring.
