Extendable Table

The table is awesome! The material is MDF, but super heavy and sturdy. As long as it never gets wet, it should last many years. I saw a ridiculously expensive one, quite similar to this one, so I was thrilled to find a more affordable version. The assembly took us several hours. For us, it was definitely not a one person job. The instructions are clear, and all of our pieces fit together perfectly. We are in our 60s, so that's probably why it took us so long. Younger folks might be able to build it much faster. When not in use, it makes a handy desk/console table. All of the table leaves store under the console. When pulled out, it adds 5-6 more place settings for gatherings, but you will need about 6 more feet of space to stretch it out all the way. The shorter part in the front is what extends. The taller part against the wall remains in place. We do recommend it. Sorry, I didn't get a picture of it extended.
