Return to the good old latex back

Lies flat and is truly non-skid. So much better than the new "non-skid" backing that most manufacturers are now using. I used to dislike latex as it will dry out and flake off after time and multiple washings; bu the soft top of the newer style backed rugs separates from the backing and is horrible!
