Do not hesitate. Don't second guess cause of the price. Buy these. I have ALWAYS struggled with the healing phase of my cold sores. I have creams. I have pills. But if I don't catch the “rupture” in time? Two weeks of oozy, gooey, crusty, bloody lip. I considered buying these patches for years and never did. I know better now! Idk how they work, but I slap these bad boys on in the morning and I'm good alllllll day! One at night, no bloody pillow! For anyone this far in my review, I have some thoughts that helped mine stay on. 1) REALLY dry off the lip area. I washed my whole face with antibacterial soap and let it all dry like a desert. Applied lotion and oil after, avoiding the patch area. 2) I cut mine in half. Wasn't easy, sometimes I would loose the other half cause it folded on itself. But honestly, I think this allowed mine to stay on with zero issue and some said theirs came off. I added a picture. No glamour or beauty to be found, but if you can manage it, in half was the trick I needed! At best, you double your product. At worst they stay on better and longer for the same amount.
