Please control the heat from low to medium on an open flame, the flame should not exceed the bottom of the pan to avoid burning the pan body and might with a little smells
Please do not heat the pan empty, put food or cooking oil before heating.
Please use sponge or soft scouring pad to clean, wooden or silicone utensil would be recommended
For better care of the pan, please clean up the oil stains and condiments on the outer wall of the pot in time to prevent the pot from turning yellow after heating
